Flagship Niagara

We encountered an old salt for our guide. We learned many things like the difference between a boat and a ship (the number of masts). We boarded the Niagara, received a understanding in battle tactics and the reason for different sized cannon balls. We learned what it might be like on deck in the heat of battle. We were then treated to a insiders look below deck. We were amazed at how cramped the quarters were (even for the captain!) After the tour we roamed the museum at our leisure. It was a fun and educational trip.
